Write to gameworkapp@gmail.com. Say which iPhone and which iOS version, and if it is about a Thread, roughly when you sent it. There is no account to look you up by, on purpose.

They opened my link and I was not told

Notifications have to be allowed — iOS Settings, TARO, Notifications. The Thread updates on its own the next time you open the app either way, so nothing is lost.

They have not opened it

You can send them the link so they can open their three cards. If an early look is available in the app, you can see those cards sooner and read all six. One early look is free per device; further early looks are optional purchases, with the price shown before you buy. The link still works afterwards. If the other person opens it, they see the same three cards and can join the conversation.

The reading will not write itself

The reading is written over the network, by a language model behind our own server. If it does not answer — no connection, or today's allowance is used up — the card meanings shown underneath are the app's own, and they still stand.

I paid and did not get it

Open the app once more: an unfinished purchase is redeemed at launch. If it is still missing, tap Restore purchases on the TARO+ screen, then write to us. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete everything

Deleting the app clears the phone. To have the server drop what is tied to your phone, email the address above and say so.
